1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

1 red bell pepper, chopped

2 teaspoons grated onion

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups dry bread crumbs, or to taste

½ teaspoon paprika, or to taste
