2 teaspoons curry powder, or more to taste

1 teaspoon bottled minced ginger

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon garlic powder

⅛ teaspoon garam masala

⅛ teaspoon ground coriander
