Last weekend one of my good friends had a kitchenware party at her home and although i loathe those types one of the recipes was a (wait for it) microwave chocolate lava cake and i admit it blew my mind.

A yummy little treat for one (if you don't feel like sharing) prepared in the microwave. It's not very sweet on its own, but a little icing easily makes up for it!

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons wheat germ

⅛ teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch salt

3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

1 ½ teaspoons water
